The exported copy contains the selected font inside the HTML and can
be shared as a single file.

Audio not initialized
Configuration changes are hot-applied during playback. The renderer
rebuilds the remaining event stream and resumes from the current symbol
instead of returning to the beginning. Unknown/ignored symbols and line
breaks consume no time. Notes are allowed to decay naturally across line
boundaries. Note Duration Scale and Base Octave both support 0.001-step
precision. Base Octave remains continuous: 0.25 = 3 semitones,
0.5 = 6 semitones, and 1.0 = 12 semitones.
